Leadership Training
Leadership is fundamental to our culture. Metronome offers mentorship, career growth coaching and new manager training to emerging leaders within our organization. Throughout these sessions, we share our own professional journeys, trending management and growth techniques, and arm our Pulsers with leadership capabilities rooted in one’s self-knowledge, personal core values, and emotional intelligence.
Professional Development Plans
Metronome believes every Pulser deserves a plan that pinpoints the steps needed to advance in their careers. We provide our Pulsers an opportunity to create a Professional Development Plan (PDP) that helps shed light on where they are in their career, where they want to go, and to establish a goal to help get them there.
Tuition Support
At Metronome, we are passionate about improving and love to help our Pulsers grow. We offer Pulsers with financial assistance on tuition and training that maintains or improves job-related skills or enhances their chance to compete for other jobs within Metronome.
